Digital Right To Work Checks

A Digital Right To Work (RTW) check is an electronic process of carrying out a RTW check that is real without ever having to meet someone face-to-face (remotely) and providing proof of the check has been completed to recent compliance standards. Under the latest Home Office Digital Scheme, an employer can carry out a digital Right to Work check on holders of UK & Irish in-date biometric passports using IDVT from an Identity Service Provider (IDSP). The IDSP will share a Right to Work report for your records.
